If the conference and member schools were to provide league-wide access to all available content, what value would you project for the conference in the form of a minimum annual guarantee?

If the conference and member schools were to provide league-wide access to all available video/film footage (historic and current), photography (historic and current), and marketing inventory (in-venue, online, social, etc.), what value would you project for the conference in the form of a minimum annual guarantee (not including trademark royalties paid through CLC, Fanatics, etc.)? Please provide annual projections based on a three-year term.

Our company has a track record of success at both the collegiate and professional levels throughout our history. We feel confident in meeting and exceeding our total minimum guarantees. We propose a 50/50 revenue share on all sales. These sales are backed by our guarantee, with no cap on earnings potential.
